Welcome to the Maryland Community & Small Business Association

The Maryland Community & Small Business Association is a Baltimore-area nonprofit committed to working with our community, our small businesses, and our government, in order to restore areas of our community that are in need of help.

Through our partnerships, we seek to provide training, employment, and opportunities for individuals in need, and apply these skills to revitalizing downtrodden areas of our city.

MCASBA is committed to providing excellent resources to meet every need through training, development and partnerships.  It is our vision to enhance the community and renew the strength and dignity of the people.

MCASBA Mission Statement

Our mission is to help communities and small businesses.  We will offer Reentry Programs, Training, and Employment opportunities for residents.  We will offer community-based small businesses contracts to perform work in the community, including home improvement for the elderly and disabled, demolition of vacant  dilapidated buildings, and clearing debris /resurfacing of vacant lots and much more.

We are committed to helping communities and small businesses improve lives by linking trained residents with small community businesses, thus mobilizing the caring power of communities that desire to develop and grow.

Our efforts involve long term commitment from ourselves, the community, and businesses involved. MCASBA is committed to providing excellent resources to meet every need through training, development and partnership.

It is our vision to provide the resources that will not only enhance the community, but renew the strength and dignity of every individual in the community.

It is our desire to work with community grassroots organizations within the communities to ensure that we meet the needs of the community.

We will host monthly events to ensure communication between people of the community and our organization. MCASBA will partner with community organizations, government agencies, and other entities that are open to the concept of rebuilding communities.
